	Payments are non refundable.

	All lessons must be paid in full at time of booking.

	48 hours notice must be given for any cancellation of lessons, otherwise full charges still apply.

	The Swim Shed reserves the right to cancel lessons but will reschedule within 21 days or a full refund will be given.

	It is the client’s responsibility to contact The Swim Shed to organise session times once block lessons have been booked.

	All lessons purchased in advance must be taken within 6 months of booking date, or they will be deemed used and no refund given.

	The client is entitled to a DVD of their swimming unless The Swim Shed informs you that the recording is not available due to technical reasons.

	Any medical conditions/water phobias must be disclosed before your session - failure to disclose will be strictly at clients own risk.

	It is the client’s responsibility to arrive on time for lessons. The Swim Shed is not obligated to reschedule lost time.

	There are changing and shower facilities at The Swim Shed. Please shower thoroughly before you enter the pool.

	Please do not apply face cream, body lotion or hair products before your pool session.

	A swim cap must be worn at all times if your hair is longer than mine!

	The Swim Shed advises that you wear Speedo type swimming costumes, trunks or shorts and goggles.

	Poolside footwear is recommended.

	Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your session to allow time for changing and showering.
