At The Swim Shed we coach pool & open water swimming, speak at triathlon clubs and shows around the country, mentor swim coaches, and operate weekend workshops throughout the UK.

WE TAKE THE GUESSWORK OUT OF YOUR SWIMMING SO YOU CAN UNLOCK YOUR FULL POTENTIAL IN THE WATER 

Keith works with you on a one to one basis, and is able to tailor each session to meet your requirements whether you are pool swimming, open water swimming or taking part in triathlon.

 

We use cutting edge camera technology, which will enable you to track your progress and have access to an ongoing training resource unique to you, 24 hours a day.

 

The Swim Shed has coached 100’s of people just like you over the years, which gives you access to a community of like minded folk who are more than willing to help on your journey.

 

SWIM CHECK PLUS

£145 (min 90 minutes)
We'll complete an analysis of your stroke & offer a prescription for improvement.

1-2-1 TUITION

 

£120 per hour

2-2-1 TUITION

£130 per hour

Something we love to do is prepare and train you for your endurance event, and for this we offer bespoke triathlon training plans.

 

This mainly covers Ironman & 70.3, distance swimming and ultra-running.

 

We're chuffed to be able to say that we've helped countless people achieve their goals with our unparalleled & completely tailored training packages. 

 

Whatever your event, Keith will guide you to tune in to your potential and give advice on areas from how to train and nutrition, to rest & recovery, and most importantly, the mental approach to endurance sports.
