Swim Guru Visits Swim Shed!

Can’t believe it’s Friday again already tomorrow, I think having Pancake Day in March has thrown me this week?!!

Me & He are scooting on up to Manchester tomorrow to set up the Total Immersion swimming stand for The Bike & Tri show this weekend. Worry yee not though, we will whizz back down tomorrow eve for the drop in swim session at Wolverton 8-9 pm.

It’s great to hear that many of you will be nosing round this amazing show over the weekend…pop by stand E30 and say hi!

Congratulations to all the Silverstone Half Marathon finishers last Sunday…battling some pretty poop conditions!

Good luck to all you Sheddies taking part in the Dam Buster Duathlon this coming weekend, fingers crossed…I think we’re in for some sunshine.

Righty ho, you have yourself a nano LOOP this week…before I go tho, swimming royalty, the-man-himself, TI’s Terry Laughlin, will be up at The Swim Shed between 4-5.30 pm this coming Monday. If any Sheddies would like to swing by for a cuppa and a chat with him, you will be warmly welcomed!
