...I think I was second out of the water, which took me by surprise. I loved being in control for the whole swim, not bothered about the biffing and bashing as we went round the marker buoys. I just concentrated on getting my elbows forward, and going down the rails as much as I could. 


The bike and the run seemed a bit dull after all that excitement!

Dear Keith
I cannot thank you enough for helping me achieve my sub one hour Ironman swim goal!

You use simple, black & white building blocks, which I was able to use when practising on my own.
This resulted in me taking 15 minutes off my time!!
Added to which I felt surprisingly better getting on the bike in T2.

I don’t know how you do it, but you are a mater of your craft!
