I can't really put into words how grateful I am for all your support, coaching and friendship during this year, especially on my road to Roth.
I couldn't have done it without you.
Thank you so much for supporting Jason and being there for him & me throughout the Ironman. He was always saying "Keith believes in me", and I believe you are the reason Jason got through it.
You and Jane are both very inspiring people.
We wanted to thank both of you for all your help and inspiration in taking on our Ironman challenge. Without your encouragement we would never have taken the plunge this quickly.

Keith & Jane,
Thank you both for your inspiration, encouragement and support.
My triathlon journey has been a remarkable series of leaps of faith and I simply couldn't have done it without you.
A small token of my appreciation for all your coaching and mentoring over the last two years, the swim was amazing.
I am so excited about my swimming - I feel refreshed and privileged to get to middle age and have time to be taught something new and indulgent.
Thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge.
Keith & Jane,
Thank you for introducing me to open water swimming and Box End.
Keith, specifically the advice you gave to me before going, and Jane, the support you gave me on the night.
I've seriously got the bug now, and loved every minute of the swim.
Two things: absolutely loved it, and would never have done it without your invaluable coaching.
...I think I was second out of the water, which took me by surprise. I loved being in control for the whole swim, not bothered about the biffing and bashing as we went round the marker buoys. I just concentrated on getting my elbows forward, and going down the rails as much as I could.
The bike and the run seemed a bit dull after all that excitement!

I cannot thank you enough for helping me achieve my sub one hour Ironman swim goal!
You use simple, black & white building blocks, which I was able to use when practising on my own.
This resulted in me taking 15 minutes off my time!!
Added to which I felt surprisingly better getting on the bike in T2.
I don’t know how you do it, but you are a mater of your craft!
Thank you of helping me overcome my fear of water.
Over the past year I have gone from ‘breast stroke Dolly’ to a 10km River Dart swim!
Thank you so much,
